Overview
Week induction to complete Basic signalling training, then entered placement rotations. Each placement had different day to day tasks. DRACO (Solution Architects) involved python programming. Digitalisation & Innovation hub involved researching, independent training, Power BI and python programming. Planning (Bids & tendering) involved Excel, Power BI, Primavera P6 and technical writing.

Learnt about: 1. Basic Signalling Training 2. Personal Track Safety and Direct Current Conductor Rail Training 3. First Aid Training 4. Planning - Primavera P6 5. Project management - APM Qualification 6. AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification 7. Microsoft Power BI 8. Microsoft Power Automate Developed: 1. Python Programming 2. Technical Writing skills 3. Presentation skills 4. Photoshop skills
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility but required a lot of trust by my placement managers. However, this depends on the placement and the work going on in the team.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my placement managers. However not as much from the graduate scheme itself.
Culture
Not sure we barely went into the office.

I enjoyed my time during my 3 placements, but it is a combination of what you make of it and the placement you get put in/request for.
