Overview
there was a series of presentations and talks put on then had to complete tasks that were based on the sectors where talks were provided
Skills
opportunity to develop team work skills and gained an understanding of the different real estate sectors and the skills needed for a career in real estate
Business Insight
there were many opportunities provided to speak to people in the industry and especially those who are staring out and how they are finding starting out in the industry and what they have learnt. Through having talks on the different sectors could gain an insight into what the different roles available are
Culture
there was a very welcoming atmosphere and were provided with a buddy who could contact with any questions at any point during the week
Your Impressions
The insight week was an excellent opportunity to understand a career in real estate which I would not have otherwise had. It was interesting to learn about the sectors and doing the small group tasks was a good way to meet other people

Make sure you are your self and just show that you have a genuine interest in real estate
