  • Summer Analyst (Optimisation team - Group Financial Crime Operations) - Led migration project for over 520 process maps in Group FCO, using Visio and IBM Blueworks Live to create/ edit process flows. - Migrated process maps to a new EPT (Enterprise Process Taxonomy) Standard to align with company data governance standards. - Interviewed over 30 SMEs to gather key process flow information and gain a holistic view of the bank’s financial crime operations. - As project lead, I presented weekly project updates to the senior leadership team (Director/VPs/AVPs). - Utilised stakeholder management skills by working across more than 10 operations teams and multiple transaction cycles. - Collaborated with Overseas teams (India) on a side project to create an optimised process flow, using lean techniques. - Created an interactive guide to help automate the migration and completed Lean process improvement courses.
