Overview
Getting involved with transactions the team were on and helping out in whatever way I could with those. As well as helping with daily and weekly updates in the leveraged loan and high yield bond market.
Skills
Definitely developed better skills within a professional capacity as well as my technical skills
Responsibilities
I would say yes
Support & Guidance
I would say this was a good level. However I do believe there should be a bit better preparation as to the expectations of hours as well as perhaps how to deal with and who to go to in a situation where you feel uncomfortable
Culture
Definitely felt supportive and nice. I think there are areas for improvement but I felt comfortable 95% of the time
