Overview
Training to become a manager to run your own branch/ business. Customer service/ sales heavy role.

I was given large responsibility from day one, and was given areas of the branch that I had to influence and develop

Always got guidance within the role, constant training sessions and development sessions within the branch and at head office

Culture is very engaging, huge sales culture and great culture on personal development

Very much enjoyed it, I worked hard and came back whilst in my final year part time. I am now back full time looking to apply for the next assistant manager roles that come available
