  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    • My manager set me on the project and gave me the freedom to work on it and choose design decisions as I see fit, providing oversight and guidance when I needed. So I had lots of responsibility but with the right support.

    • My manager provided the support I needed with my day-to-day work. HR was on hand with personal and professional issues. I was also provided a "buddy" to talk to at the company who was incredibly friendly and supportive.
