Overview
Depending on the day, activities would include anything from meeting with clients to performing various audit activities, such as research for the planning phase, testing, control testing or concluding procedures. Most days also include a fair amount of interaction with the team.
Skills
I have developed a lot of new skills related to accountancy and finance, as well as time management skills and working under pressure.
Responsibilities
I was given quite a lot of responsibility, which was hard at times but allowed me to learn so much,
Support & Guidance
There is a lot of guidance and support provided to new joiners, from buddies to anyone on the team really. You just have to ask for help!
Culture
The people are the best part about Deloitte. General atmosphere and culture is very relaxed.
