Overview
Manage the branch, operating day to day business activities. This illustrates my leadership and teamwork capabilities by successfully delegating roles to my team that would result in positive workplace culture. Analyse the risk of the branch over a four week period and provide solutions. Thus demonstrating my flexibility to work in various areas of the company and still operate at a high standard. Go over and above with regards to customer service.

Yes, a lot of responsibility. I had to run the branch on a day to day basis from an early stage.

Dropped in the deep end but assistance was there when needed.
Culture
It was good, the people are amazing at a branch level. The hours are too long and demotivated me in the long run.

It was a great learning tool. Especially for sales and negotiation but as mentioned hours were too long.

If you are looking for something that is well paid this might be up your street but the hours are long and in my opinion takes over your life, working every second Saturday doesn't help too.
