Skills
Yes, I have learned many data analysis and processing skills as well as improving on my communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a large database of information and was almost exclusively analysing this data and feeding back processed results to my manager and team
Support & Guidance
The placement 'buddy' was the one who most supervised me, and even then I was given data and tasks to do and would tend to just consult my buddy or the team when any problems arose. The support was available for any problems I had.
Culture
Welcoming and inclusive, staff were all very friendly and happy to help
Your Impressions
I had a great time during my summer internship and would definitely recommend others to do get involved if the opportunity arises. I developed many skills over the summer as well as learning a lot about the business itself.
