Overview
The insight was intensive but very useful. We had presentations from MDs from all sectors of the bank, financial training, opportunities to network and participate in interactive activities.
Skills
Yes, felt more confident working with new people in a team. Learnt the basic financials which will be helpful in my future career.
Business Insight
It was very useful as before it was all a blur but having them explain everything in depth helped me to piece everything together.
Culture
Really friendly especially the female MDs. Fostered a culture of diversity and inclusion. Willing to invest in the individual self development.

Very much, got the opportunities to ask all the questions I had, all within a confortable environment in addition to learning more about a field I am genuinely interested in.

Don’t worry about the interview. They just want to see whether you have an interest in finance, what your motivation is for the company and whether they like you as a person.
