Overview
My role involved working within recruitment; employee Relations; absence management; member recognition; engagement I worked within the General Affairs team primarily but still engaged with other departments at Deeside and links with Burnaston too
Skills
Yes I've significantly developed my communication , team working, time-management, and organisation skills. Having the ability to lead my own projects has also helped me develop my ability to take ownership and my confidence too. I've also really enjoyed working with others and as a team as well as leading.
Responsibilities
Yes plenty. I had my own projects to lead as well as an ability to work on other projects in my team. My supervisor gave me a lot of room to implement my own ideas whilst still providing enough support.
Support & Guidance
I had support from my supervisor as well as my mentor, not to mention my team in general too !
Culture
This was one of the best attributes of the company. Everyone was always friendly and willing to help.
