Overview
In 2 months (out of 4) I worked on 20 different projects. Each day is different, each task is different. Could be pile review, ground model creation, plotting values, redaction of a report, a summary of the geology of a region, learning form a guidance, group meetings for learning and development.
Skills
I am in internship after only 2 years of engineering studies out of 5. I just had basic knowledge in geology, nothing in Geotech. So I had to learn everything. Nothing was familiar to me except a few things about water due to my previous internship.
Responsibilities
I had to write reports for desk studies in my 2nd language. It was a good challenge, a lot of things to learn and I was helped by an amazing and kind team.
Support & Guidance
As much as I need. Just ask and people will help you.
Culture
A friendly company, a nice team to have lunch with and do more activities like sports. Working atmosphere is very nice, good way to learn a lot with competent people.
Your Impressions
Much more than the previous one, incredible experience in a foreign country.
Yes
Go with your passion and your energy, produce a work that you are proud of and a complete one. Perfect place to learn a lot a be rigorous.
