Overview
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, logistics and management of 60 interns for Intel UK’s undergraduate internship program across various openings inc. Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance and HR
Skills
• Developed proficiency in multiple HR & recruitment systems, including Workday, Smashfly and HiredScore
Responsibilities
I was handed a large amount of responsibility - specifically the management of Intel's student recruitment operations across multiple regions within Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including the UK, Spain, France, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia
Support & Guidance
I felt very supported during my internship by my team - I was assigned a buddy for the first couple of months of my internship which helped me settle into the company, and I was part of a friendly and welcoming team who provided lots of support and guidance throughout my internship
Culture
The company culture was amazing - Intel places a large emphasis on ensuring it's interns feel like part of a community - it was great to meet and get to know the other interns throughout my internship through the social events the company put on throughout the year
Your Impressions
I loved my time at Intel - it was a fantastic opportunity for me to learn about the field of student recruitment, and it's given me confidence in taking on multiple demanding projects at once

Intel will have a number of outreach events at local schools/universities throughout the year - attending these is the best chance to get to know about the company, often from current placement students!
