Spend the day, filling summaries, spreadsheets and sitting in on any meetings. There is also a lot of work on doing research and updating information.

Many as there are free training courses and they prioritize your training.

A lot more than I expected, as they treat any interns as equal members of the company and value any input or effort.

Quite a lot, though at times it does feel like you are trying to find work to keep yourself busy
