Overview
Catching up with the team on what activities need to be completed and which are behind. Supporting my line manager with their workload and help support package close out. Also providing safety moments for the team to learn from.
Skills
Professional skils- communication. Developing my technical drawing interpretation skills.
Responsibilities
I was given plenty of responsibility during the internship but not so much that I became overwhelmed.
Support & Guidance
Again I received plenty and if I needed more help I was encouraged to ask and given plenty of people to ask.
Culture
Even though it was virtual it was a very support and friendly atmosphere.

I really enjoyed it and so much I'll be coming back for a graduate role.
