Overview
Scrum development in three years sprints. Mainly working on automating data for different products provided by Siemens

Airflow automation, AWS, MS Teams and remote working
Responsibilities
I was given more responsibility than expected, allowed to make my own judgement and my opinions were listened to by all on the team
Support & Guidance
A lot of support was given, a lot of focus on the wellbeing of the team especially the work life balance while working remotely
Culture
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Culture is very positive mainly focused on output of the employees while keeping a good balance.
