Overview
You complete a 2 week scheme, where you sit in a different departmental group each week. You complete a written task for each week on which you are assessed. You also attend department talks and social events.
Skills
I have developed my confidence and communication within an office setting, as well as my ability to research complex legal issues.
Business Insight
It offered a really helpful insight into the firm and what a future career with HSF would look like.
Culture
Despite the office being quieter than usual as a result of the work from home message, everyone I met was kind and willing to help answer any questions I had.
