  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • 2 week vacation scheme. I spend each week in a different department undertaking real trainee tasks. During the week, I had presentations from each department.

    • I have learnt exactly what it is like to be a trainee. I gained a greater insight into the friendly culture at HSF. Skills: verbal and written communication, attention to detail and teamwork.

    • Non-hierarchical. Everyone was treated equally. Friendly and open culture. I never felt like I could not ask a question.
