Overview
Enterprise is a fantastic workplace to be part of. You do work hard but then the company acknowledge and reword back always. Flexibility is a must!

Responsibilities
Yes! As I part of the risk team I had to ensure all contracts were meeting our underwriting requirements. Also Being customer service one of the core area of the business I had to ensure every customer satisfaction and unsatisfactoriness of customers were captured and address.
Support & Guidance
My area manager supported me a lot through my insecurities and tough times and helped me out to be more resilient.
Culture
The company culture match my culture however over time I had see people leave the business not because they hate the job but just because Enterprise values were different to theirs
