Overview
Mainly customer service based work. So booking and returning customers. Delivering and collecting vehicles. Selling protecting products.
Skills
From 8 months ago to currently my current skills have improved massively. My confidence in being able to handle different situations.
Responsibilities
I was given as much responsibility as any other employee at enterprise. Which I really appreciated!
Support & Guidance
We have a frequent training folder as well as a monthly one to one meeting which we can discuss the needs of any problems.
Culture
It’s a fun and friendly working experience to work in! Everyone in the team is like a second family.
Your Impressions
I had up and downs as with any internship. It was a huge jump to go from university to full time work. But I had the best time with great support.
Yes
You must be dedicated to work long hours. But you get out what you put into it!
