- Sourcing jobs for candidates - doing interviews - reaching KPIs - keeping up with my candidates on a day to day - filling in roles when given to me

I was given autonomy of my own work and was to ensure I deliver on time.
Support & Guidance
Received good guidance from my manager, any problems or questions I had he would always help and ensure we were keeping on track of things. If we didn't understand something he would take out the time to explain and show us.
