  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I resource candidates within the Senior Finance sector across Surrey and Hampshire. On a day to day basis, I call candidates, carry out screen meetings, match candidates to relevant opportunities, send candidates to live clients and market candidates out to local clients to try generate further opportunities.

  • The company is a lot more than just calling people asking if they want a job. Hays are leading in recruitment for a reason and interns are expected to hit the ground running as it is the best way to learn in this environment. Its a highly enjoyable, fast paced environment. We call people to offer them a life changing opportunities so its rare we encounter unkind people.
