Responsibilities
I trained with the associates and graduates, I was awarded the same responsibilities as any other recruiter. Responsible for my own workload.
Support & Guidance
Throughout my training and the rest of my internship my manager was always on hand to provide support. I feel as though I am able to ask anyone on my team for help or advice and they are happy to help
Culture
The culture is amazing, everyone is always up for doing something and we make sure not to miss any birthday drinks. Everyone is always included
