Overview
Setting up meetings for the business meetings and keeping everyone on track and organised. Creating management tools to help keep organised. Help out the administration team with day to day tasks and taking care of my own project by researching.
Skills
A new skill that I have learnt is administration skills (creating meetings, note taking, administration system and processes),I have developed many skills such as time management and organisational skills as this is what I use on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility from handling the admin team when everyone was off or not in the office and had my own small team for recruitment after one of the supervisors left and left me in charge to train new employees as well as having my own project workstream to lead myself to help Hays for their business improvement.
Support & Guidance
Training was always available no matter what time and date it was and my manager always supported me and guided me on any queries I had this was done by regular 1 to 1s.
Culture
Very inclusive atmosphere
Your Impressions
Having the responsibility of partnering with a local charity and helping Hays to do this was something I enjoyed quite a lot.
