Responsibilities
Given a fair amount of responsibility e.g covering for manager when ill or on holiday. Also given a lot trust within my placement.
Support & Guidance
Given training throughout my placement. Always had training days periodically. Any problems I had I knew who to ask. Worked extremely closely with a senior member of staff which allowed me to gain lots of skills and experience in recruitment.
Culture
Excellent Company Culture. Regular Social Events such as meals and activates for the team when hit and surpassed targets. Participated in Charity Events in which Hays supports. Regular social events every 4 weeks at the end of each period e.g pub quiz and going out together.
Your Impressions
Thoroughly enjoyed my placement overall. Excellent team and very nice place to work. Surpassed my expectations. Gave me a good understand of recruitment and sales. Would go back.
Yes
Do you research on recruitment and why you wish to go into it such as sales. Research the company a lot to allow yourself to give a reason why you want to work for Hays. Do not stress when it comes to the interviews.
