Overview
On a day-to-day basis I have taken part in multiple zoom calls with colleagues from other locations that are also a part of the insight programme. Savills employees taught us about the different sectors within the business and what it entails. In addition to that, I have accompanied my team on multiple site visits and property viewings, as well as zoom meetings with clients. I have looked over final valuations and brochures before approval. I have joined a colleague from a different team on multiple valuation visits where we had to take photographs and measurements of various sites.
Skills
I have become more confident in talking to new people, as well as developed my understanding of what agency does and covers on a daily basis. I have witnessed tactics being used in order to get the best deal for the person youre representing.
Business Insight
I have a deeper understanding of what each role might be about and I am now aware of which positions I would consider in the future.
