Networking with recent graduates, team members and directors to gain an insight into life at Savills - skills required and company culture, the transition post-university, and career progression potential. Tasks within the team, including building reports and doing wider analysis - developing skills in working with data programs and compiling information.

Yes definitely, having seen the work behind client-facing reports for the first time, I have grown to appreciate the work in translating complex data into readable and understandable reports. Having helped in some of this myself, I have developed my skills in concentration and focus of data - while gaining skills in data management and comprehension.

Learning about Savills has been a really enjoyable experience, my mentor and members of the team have been really approachable and willing to discuss their roles and career paths. Furthermore, in being allowed to carry out tasks actually done in the role, I have learned first-hand the requirements, themes and day-to-day activities done.

Incredibly friendly, with approachable team members who seem more than happy to introduce us to their roles and careers. The general atmosphere is really open, helped by the open-plan office structure. Directors and team members have spoken about how talent and effort is genuinely appreciated and rewarded through career progress - the culture seems inclusive and appreciative.

The insight has been a really enjoyable experience, answering all my questions about Savills and the industry, while giving me experience of a team-workplace environment, where I was welcomed and included at all stages.
