Overview
On a day to day basis I assisted my mentor on his tasks, this included searches, disposals, reading and reviewing leases, property strategy tasks and general research. I also had daily zoom calls which gave an overview of the company and the different sectors that are involved and the different pathways Savills has to offer.
Skills
I have been using software such as CoStar and EGI radius that i had a basic knowledge of before; but using the software in a real life practical situation has greatly advanced the skill I have on the sites.
Business Insight
Excellent. The specifically set up zoom calls highlighted all the potential pathways and roles that would be available and also went into great depth on how to improve your chances of working in the business.
Culture
