Overview
Day-to-day working within Talent Acquisition at Hays involved posting job adverts, going through candidates' CV's, phone screening, interviewing candidates and passing successful candidates unto the next stage. Also had to carry out RTW checks and acquiring necessary documents for contracts to be made once candidates are offered a job.
