Overview
Presentations on equity research, fixed income, and multi-asset divisions. Group challenges involved creating presentations relating to each of the divisions. Many interactive elements throughout the programme including networking sessions and Q and A.

learnt how to work in a team under time pressure.

Very insightful in learning about the roles at Fidelity.
Culture
Very relaxed and friendly culture and atmosphere. Very good initiatives involving diversity and inclusion and sustainability. Very open to questions and always give excellent responses.
Your Impressions
Very enjoyable. It was virtual that was the only downside.
Yes
Be yourself. Do your homework on asset management as it is distinct from other finance roles. Ask questions. Take online tests after much practice.
