Overview
Over the course of 3 days, I learnt about Equity Research, Fixed Income, Investment Directing, Multi Asset and many other sectors of asset management at Fidelity. I also learnt about the culture and values at Fidelity. Each day consisted of multiple training sessions with many opportunities to ask questions and group tasks each day involving a presentation.
Skills
I have definitely improved by teamwork and communication skills through the 3 group tasks I was required to do as well as learning how to research effectively.
Business Insight
It was brilliant and gave me a much better overview of the variety of roles available at Fidelity.
Culture
The company culture was very welcoming and helpful. They were willing to answer any questions we had and were very friendly.
