Overview
We got the opportunity to attend several panels and lectures given by professionals in the industry and also, to conduct workshops and presentations with a group of 6 other candidates. We presented our research in front of company employees and obtained feedback which was very helpful.
Skills
Collaborative, PowerPoint, Equity research and fixed income.
Business Insight
It was very interesting as we got real time insights from individuals that work in the roles that I might want in the future. Additionally, the insights were given by both employees in low and high class in the corporate hierarchy.
Culture
It was very nice and welcoming as the HR employees that guided us the entire time were friendly and approachable which facilitated the program experience. Also, the other candidates were very friendly as well.
