Overview
Panel discussion and case challenge every day. Have to present for 5 minutes on each case challenge in the end. First day on Equity Research, second day on Fixed Income and third day on Multi-asset. Great culture in the buy-side. Heard about how Fidelity differentiates itself from other asset managers. Networking event on the last day as well.

Presentation skills. (had to present every day)

Gained a detailed insight into ER, Fixed income and Multi-asset research, as well as investment directing and so on.
Culture
supportive of career development. nice people to speak to and work with.
Your Impressions
enjoyable experience, less intense compared to the sell-side. wasn't being assessed during the spring week. was not convertible to a summer internship.
