Overview
At the insight, I learnt mire about the financial services industry, specifically the asset management teams. I participated in case studies and challenges and had the opportunity to learn and network with industry leaders.
Skills
I have developed my communication, PowerPoint, leadership and organisation skills.
Business Insight
I really enjoyed learning more about all the divisions and roles at fidelity. After hearing more from graduates and senior associates at the firm, my desire to pursue a career in finance at fidelity has been solidified.
Culture
I really liked the company culture and atmosphere as everyone seemed very welcoming and very approachable. All graduates expressed their gratitude for the fact that all employees were happy to help.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight. The delivery was flawless and all the presentations were incredibly well made. The only issue I had was that this insight didn’t last a whole week!
