Overview
Three-day insight programme. The first day was in-person at their main office in Canary Wharf. There were a series of talks from employees about the different lines of service that we could apply to through the programme. The second day was virtual and involved talks and group presentations. The last day was the virtual launchpad + talks.
Skills
Had a workshop on coding in python where we built a rock, paper, scissors game using Trinket online. Also had a well-being session where we got guidance on dealing with stress and times of emotion. Lastly, we had a talk on commercial awareness which improved those skills.
Business Insight
It was very helpful as we were each partnered with volunteers from the firm who gave us insight into the day-to-day of their role.
