Overview
Currently working in the Digital Customer Experience Lab that focuses on the e-commerce customer journey. I work on Amazon to optimise, monitor, and maintain product pages of multiple brands. Furthermore, I help with new product launches, ensuring search engine optimisation, and offer support in analysing data.
Skills
I have learned how to use new platforms such as Amazon Vendor central. I have also developed my presentation skills as well as improve my commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
Yes I was put in charge of Amazon amendments.
Support & Guidance
My manager and other members of the marketing and e-business team were very open to offering help whenever I needed it.
Culture
The company is very social and open to having events of conviviality. Everyone is very nice and open to helping.

I really enjoyed my placement! It was definitely better than what I expected as I feel like I learned a lot.
