    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Communicating to various stakeholders (mostly internal), writing user stories and refining business requirements, UX design, creating and updating context diagrams and models contributing to quarterly financial decks within PMO. On a day-to-day basis, I would often attend and contribute in daily stand-ups for product/project updates, communicate with stakeholders across the business and in technology (other business analysts and developers for example).

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • I have significantly improved my Excel and other MS skills , becoming competent at creating relevant and meaningful PivotTables and Charts that have contributed to reports and presentations. I have used Visio extensively to present context diagrams and models. In terms of soft skills, I have gained confidence in my ability to lead and contribute to meetings, manage time and balance various responsibilities. I feel comfortable in presenting ideas and analysis to senior colleagues
