Yes I have both obtained new hard and soft skills which are vital for my future career and new technological skill sets. I have developed my existing skills such as networking and communication.
Business Insight
It was very useful for me as I didn't know that much about the roles available in depth before coming to J.P Morgan however talking to the employees has helped me gain so much insight into what their day to day life looks like on the job and what they do for the company helped me understand what I want to do in the future.
Culture
They were all very friendly and easy to talk to which made my Spring Internship experience so much fun and allowed me to ask all the questions I want without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
