Exploring different divisions within the bank- Investment Banking, Global Markets & Tech.
Skills
Yes- developed my skillset, mainly my knowledge of different roles within the bank.
Business Insight
Really fascinating, and insightful to learn about the different overlap in divisions, and how they can work together. Also the breakdown within Investment Banking into CFS and M&A.
Culture
Seemed very positive- everybody enjoyed their work and had very strong reasons to be working here compared to elsewhere.

Massively- convinced me this is where I want to continue my career development and return for next summer.
