Overview
The UBS Spring Insight Week was a 4 day immersive program introducing participants to the business areas operated by the company - ranging from Global Banking to operations. The program consisted of several 45-60 minute talks presented by both senior and junior employees - showcasing the nature of their work and allowing students to decide on their division of preference.

Yes - especially networking and presentation skills

It was extremely helpful, especially given the specialised nature of summer internship roles - allowing me to decide which role would suit me best
