Each day we had a different insight of the Nomura divisions. We had case studies, as well as, different panelists and networking events. Also, after program networking events occurred.
Skills
I learnt how to expand my networking skills and working in teams with people who I have never been acquainted with.
Business Insight
It was very insightful and definitely a huge learning curve on what sectors I would like to work in the future. On the other hand, getting exposure to so many different accents and divisions was useful to know what to expect in Banking at Nomura.
Culture
It was very welcoming, kind and humble. Everyone was eager to share their projects and roles at the firm but also willing to learn more about you and get you exposed to what to expect in their day to day. Employees where very honest and insightful.

Yes
Be yourself but remember to show what makes you stand out from other competing candidates. Nomura's culture is all about servant leadership and constant learning growth, if you show this, it would be beneficial for the recruiting process!
