Overview
We were given division-specific pitches and also tasked with a film activity which was very interactive, engaging and fun! We were also given technical training which made financial markets come to life and this was also delivered with a lot of audience interaction and opportunities to ask questions.
Skills
Yes, I learnt how to work collaboratively with others and work under timed pressure while applying creative problem-solving skills. I also enhanced my confidence in meeting new people and networking!
Business Insight
It was a great insight especially as after the divisional pitches, we were given the chance to network with each division to ask any follow up questions and further develop our understanding, as well as receive tailored advice and career guidance.
Culture
Everyone at the firm seemed willing to go out of their way to help, and to give up time to answer additional questions. The HR were also incredibly friendly and supportive with each of our individual needs!

I thought it was a fantastic overall experience! It was lovely to meet the other attendees too in the many breakout room opportunities.
