  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Had a fantastic year.

    • I felt very valued particularly regarding help with PC skills

    • They were supportive as and when I required help

    • I was always busy, but never felt I had too much on to cope with.

    • I was given many projects which I ran completley by myself and led to big impacts within the company

    • I feel particularly regarding my communication and interpersonal skills the placement greatly helped, however there was a lack of technical knowledge required.

    • Everyone was generally very happy and energetic.

    • The structure of my year was very well planned and explained to me

    • During the year I attended over 15 different training sessions.

    • Unfortunatley the company are not taking on Graduates next year due to financial difficulties. Hopefully this will only be temporary.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Got on really well with all the other placement students and attended different social activities with them

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • I managed to live at home during my placement year keeping my costs low.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?

    • Near Coventry and Birmingham, both of which have a good night life.

    • There were many opportunities we were encouraged to get involved with such as charity work and social events.
