Business Insight
It was very informative, I personally came in with the idea that I wanted to pursue Investment banking but once I did the spring week I realised it wasn't for me and I would enjoy trading much more. The things we learned were quite technical but there's no pressure to learn and memorise everything straight away, the employees were very welcoming for any questions we had.
Culture
Culture of learning, they encouraged us to ask questions. Strong sense of teamwork and responsibility. They care a lot about inclusion and diversity. Active focus on sustainability.
