Overview
A week-long insight session on Rothschild's Global Advisory, Equity Advisory, Debt Advisory, Wealth Management and D&I sessions.
Skills
The insight sessions were really engaging, especially the Q&A after each presentation. I got to learn some of the basic technical skills from the Fitch Learning session on the first day of the programme. The networking sessions with my buddy and other analysts were really helpful and it definitely boost my confidence in terms of bridging my knowledge gap of the industry.
Business Insight
The sessions were engaging and the networking opportunities allow me to better understand the roles. It was great because now I'm able to distinguish each role better and explore role that suits my skills and interest best
Culture
HR team was really friendly and helpful when we had our confusion. Overall, they were genuinely nice and I enjoyed the programme a lot.

Very much, despite being virtual, HR made the effort of organising ice-breaking sessions so it wasn't awkward to interact and get to know people

Network and join any events that Rothschild organizes throughout the year. It can definitely help when it comes to writing a tailored and interesting cover letter
