Overview
Day-to-day I was in Zoom sessions learning the various components of Fidelity's business and its culture and values.
Skills
Yes. Learned so much on how Fidelity services its clients and how they conduct research into the various asset classes. For example, I learned how to rate equities and credit and what the differences between them are. Also, got to hone my research and pitching skills.
Business Insight
Got to learn more about what everyone does on a daily basis and how each roles differed. Also understood what the next steps were to have a summer internship at Fidelity.
Culture
Very friendly and casual. Everybody was so willing to teach and explain certain topics and answer questions.
Your Impressions
Loved the networking parts with Fidelity employees and students as well.
Yes
Be personable and humble, they already know you're smart, they want someone who can be a team player, brave to present ideas and bold in their moves.
