Overview
We were given complete exposure to Jefferies' culture and its different business segments on day 1. For day 2, we were exposed more in depth to the divisions we chose. For day 3, we had interviews and a group presentation.
Skills
Learned about the different research skills needed for Equity Research
Business Insight
It was really fun and engaging. Definitely excited to apply these skills in my day-to-day and a future career.
Culture
Very casual and very friendly. Everybody was willing to help out and answer any questions. Leadership exposure is amazing, they have many head of departments speak to students.

Enjoyed it very much, felt like I belonged and was given so much to learn about.
