Overview
In this three-day programme, I listened to business area and sector overviews, learnt from many professionals in the Q&A sessions, and analysed a stock in a group presentation.
Skills
I learnt how to read the Financial Times. I also learnt how to pitch a stock.
Business Insight
It's exciting to hear about roles that haven't heard of before. It broadens my career path. I'll be researching more about the roles I just discovered.
Culture
Unlike bigger companies that invites over a hundred Spring Week interns, Jefferies only had about fifty (only 12 in my division), so I got greater sense of involvement. I also like the seniors in Jefferies, who aren't bureaucratic at all. I can get advice and insight from people at all levels in Jefferies, which makes me feel energetic and growing every hour.

It is the most fruitful Spring Week programme I had.
