Overview
Each day we had a schedule, with different presentations from current SDE at Amazon and some Panellists from different jobs in the company as well. We also had workshops in groups of 5-6 people where we developed some of our technical skills
Skills
I developed some of my existing skills and I’ve also learned more about Amazon and the recruitment process.
Business Insight
It made me feel more confident and determined to apply for internships or job opportunities in the future.
Culture
Even though it was just a three day event it made me feel like I’m part of something bigger, and everyone was supportive and inclusive.

I enjoyed the insight a lot because it has helped me see Amazon as more than just a big company.
