    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • The Amazon Discover: Spring Technology Insight program was a very insightful event. Got valuable insight and knowledge into daily work life at Amazon, tech, SDE roles, different mentorship programs at Amazon, application and Interview process etc. It was overall a great experience and I am glad that I got to be a part of it.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • Amazon has a great culture and friendly environment with support and affinity groups for people. I was very glad to hear about the culture and environment. The atmosphere felt very friendly and supportive especially the mentor programs for people which is such a great idea to progress as a company.

    • I really enjoyed the Insight week. I got knowledge about a lot of stuff. It was interesting working in small sub-groups under a mentor. I enjoyed a great deal.

    • I would say attending an Insight week is really helpful before applying for jobs at Amazon. You get a lot of insight and Knowledge into the work-life at amazon along with a lot of valuable information about application process and interviews.
